I attended Austin Community College and got an Associates of Applied Science in jewelry making. Although I have a love for anything and everything art related, I find that being a jewelry artist really defines who I am. Growing up in a very rural town just outside of Austin Texas, going outside or immersing myself in creativity was my only escape. Having successful artists in my family, I knew that I would do something art related I just didn't know what. Drawing, watercolor and sculpting are still some of my go-tos but I find that the process of jewelry making and design feels more natural to me. My long term goal is to eventually be able to open up a small shop for people to come in to set up custom orders and repairs, or to just pass time by playing in some of my latest creations.
Inspired by many things, my jewelry as well as my art can often imitate the surreal qualities of nature. My pieces can be some what bold but still very playful, making it fun for anyone to wear.
