This large pendant features a real blue morpho wing set in sterling silver. The wing is pressed between two pieces of hand cut glass. The hand fabricated bail was made to swivel so that the pendant can flip as its being worn. One side you see the beautiful blue. The other side has a nouveau style "belle femme/ beautiful woman" that was hand sawed and engraved. The backside of the wing peeps through the woman hair. The ring the bail hangs from was also hand engraved bringing "light" to the piece.
Lots of time and love went into the making of this pendant.
